2nd place at Mid-Ohio for Alex Job/mail2web.com Porsche 911 GT3 RSR

Toronto, Ontario --- June 28, 2004

mail2web.com, a free world leading web-based email application, and brand of global service provider SoftCom Technology Consulting Inc., announced today a 2nd place finish in the GT-class at the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) race in Mid-Ohio for the No 23. Alex Job/mail2web.com Porsche 911 GT3 RSR driven by Timo Bernhard and Jorg Bergmeister. The No. 24 Alex Job/mail2web.com Porsche 911 GT3 RSR driven by teammates Romain Dumas and Marc Lieb finished 7th in the GT-class.

The No. 23 Alex Job/mail2web.com car led the first 55 laps of the race until suffering some mechanical problems, resulting in a longer than expected pit stop. Both Bernhard and Bergmeister battled back and finished 2nd in class.

The No. 24 Alex Job/mail2web.com car experienced a technical issue with the gear shift, spun out in a turn and was assessed a one-minute-fifteen second penalty. Dumas and Lieb both attempted to erase the misfortune but were only able to finish in 7th place in class.

The next race on the 2004 ALMS scheduled is July 5, 2004 at Lime Rock.
