mail2web.com introduces updated PDA and WAP support

mail2web.com, a world leading and free web-based email application, and registered trademark of global service provider SoftCom Technology Consulting Inc., announced today the availability of their redesigned interfaces for PDA and WAP devices users. Along with providing additional functionality to improve email accessibility, both interfaces have fully been optimized to ensure users are provided with the best possible experience, regardless of the device used.

Any mobile user can access the PDA and WAP version of mail2web.com if they have an Internet browser installed or a WAP-browser on their mobile telephone. The PDA version can be access directly at - http://mail2web.com/pda, while the WAP version is available at - http://mail2web.com/wap. Both interfaces have been designed to be very small and compact, making it possible for users to access their existing POP3 and IMAP email accounts with a minimum amount of bandwidth.

For convenience purposes, mail2web.com now has extended support for "customized user" accounts to both PDA and WAP users. Any user can establish a customized user account - for free - which entitles the user to save their email account settings, preferred language and other information making it more convenient than having to re-enter that information each time. This feature can now be accessed by any device - PC, PDA or WAP-browser. For increased security, mail2web.com does not store your password, even if you are using a customized user account.

mail2web.com is a free web-based email application that provides service to over 12 million unique monthly users in more than 190 countries.
