The primary differences between these plans are that the Business Professional Plan includes a licensed copy of Outlook 2007 and includes MAPI functionality on a domain. This last part is quite important. While you may already own a copy of Outlook and use it with an Personal Exchange account, all collaboration data including calendar data, contacts, appointments, tasks and more, will be stored locally on your computer (even if you configured your email client to use IMAP4). When you access the same email account through another client, web-based interface, a mobile device, or from a different computer, that collaboration data will not be available.
