Resellers

RESELLERS

If you are a value added reseller of web services you should consider adding our Exchange services to your product portfolio. Resellers will not see any additional discount beyond our already low prices (look around and you’ll see that our prices are among the lowest in the industry). But if you provide additional value to your customers (e.g., Assisting with setup, migration, manage SPAM settings, etc.) you will be able to resell any of our Exchange accounts at any price you wish and completely hide the mail2web.com brand.

We have added some very unique features that will allow you to provide your customers with full control of their account without exposing the mail2web.com brand:

Unique OWA login	Give your customers a custom OWA login page based on the domain you set them up on.
White labeled Control Panel	We have modified the OWA (Outlook Web Access) so that your customers can access common functions like changing a password, getting email settings, downloading a copy of Outlook, update contact information and more – all directly from a generic management page we have added to the OWA.
Manage multiple account through one interface	All the domains and accounts you set up can be managed and billed directly to your account through a single, multi-level control panel, allowing you to bill your customer whatever you like.
White-labeled settings	All technical settings like SMTP server, Server Name or ActiveSync settings are all based on your account domain or a generic url provided to resellers. The mail2web.com url doesn’t appear in any settings.
Customized logo	Upload a unique company logo to the OWA interface.
Set unique privileges for each user	Make a user a Domain Administrator but without billing permissions so they cannot change anything that would result in additional charges.

With these features there is nothing stopping you from selling our Microsoft Exchange solution under your own brand.

Mobility options for your Exchange account

With mail2web.com's BlackBerry  Enterprise Server add-on, you can stay in touch from the office or on the road wirelessly through your BlackBerry device.

ActiveSync allows you to synchronize information between Outlook and your Windows Mobile device so that you don't need to enter information twice.

RoadSync provides secure, wireless, ‘Direct Push’ synchronization of mail2web.com Exchange email, and PIM data to Nokia, Sony Ericsson and most popular mobile devices.

* Customers who sign up for a new Hosted Exchange account are eligible for a 30-day evaluation period free. When you sign up and provide credit card information the monthly fee for the first 30 days will not be charged. Domain registration and additional service fees are not included in this offer. When you add a third account (email address) your evaluation period ends and you will be charged from that day forward for all accounts.
