The Outlook Web Access (OWA) provided through mail2web.com Exchange services has been optimized to work with IE 6.0 or above running on Windows 2000 or XP. If you meet these requirements when you connect to the OWA interface, you get access to the enhanced interface. This interface requires a connection speed of 56 Kbps or better for optimal performance. For customers with connection speeds lower than 56 kbps we recommend using a browser other than IE 6.0 (e.g. Netscape, Firefox, Opera, etc.) which will automatically connect you to a ‘basic’ version of the OWA Interface. Also, any connection to the OWA on operating systems other than Windows 2000 or XP will also default to the basic OWA interface.
